ITMs or Interactive Teller Machines combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal touch of a traditional teller, allowing you to complete transactions at your own pace in a safe and secure environment.

ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) combine the convenience of an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) with the personal touch of a traditional teller. They allow you to complete various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, in a secure and self-service environment.

No. ITMs will not be replacing our branch staff, the NextMark Success Guides, but rather enhance the transactional experience allowing our Success Guides to offer a more consultative approach with every member interaction.

ITMs offer a range of banking services, providing a convenient way to carry out various transactions. In contrast to traditional ATMs, which often have low limits, ITMs enable you to conduct deposits and withdrawals in larger amounts, in lieu of visiting a traditional teller. Additionally, while traditional ATMs typically grant access to only one checking and savings account, ITMs allow you to view all your NextMark accounts. This feature empowers you to review your balances before initiating transfers, loan payments, or any other transaction, ensuring a secure and self-service experience.

The ITMs do not support opening new accounts, applying for loans, IRA support or transactions involving share certificates, updating account information, obtaining cashiers checks, and answering general inquiries. Our Success Guides will be available to execute these types of transactions for you.

Yes. The NextMark coin machine will still be available in the Fairfax Branch vestibule.

You can access your accounts via the ITM with a NextMark debit card and PIN, or through Palm Vein recognition. To enroll in Palm Vein recognition, please visit our Fairfax Branch and ask a Success Guide for assistance.

You can only deposit funds into a members’ account you are joint on. If you wish to deposit funds into an account you are not associated with, a NextMark Success Guide would be happy to assist. Please have the members’ account number and last name available.

The ITM will disperse ones, fives, twenties, and one hundred dollar bills.
