Debit/Credit Card Issuance Delay
Latest Updates
What is happening?
Last updated: 1/17/2023.
Due to vendor delays in the embossing of NextMark Debit and Credit cards, it may take 3-4 weeks for new, reissued, and replacement cards to be delivered.
The card production delay, which is affecting hundreds of financial institutions, was caused by ongoing supply chain and staffing shortages similar to those being experienced across multiple industries. We understand that this is causing frustration and inconvenience for our members, and we will present you with updates as we receive them.
Enroll in Apple or Google Pay

- Open your Wallet App within your smart phone, and follow the steps on the screen for adding a new card.
- Have your card handy as you will be required to enter the card details.
- If you have a paired Smart Watch, you have the option to also add the card to your watch.
